Sick Sensor Bracket

The Sick Sensor Bracket is a precision-formed stainless steel mounting solution designed to support sensor installation in automation and machine control environments. Its angled L-shape profile with a clean brushed finish and multiple mounting hole options ensures a secure  and adjustable fit for various sensor models. Compact yet sturdy, the bracket allows flexible placement, easy alignment, and long-term stability in demanding setups.

Features:

  • Dual-Mount Hole Face: The flat horizontal flange includes two pre-drilled round holes for fixed positioning. Ideal for securing onto machines, rails, or vertical structures using screws or bolts.
  • Vertical Slotted Panel: The upright flange features elongated slots that accommodate horizontal or vertical sensor adjustments. Enable fine-tuning of sensor positioning after initial mounting.
  • Formed 90° Angle: Bent at a precise right angle for perpendicular mounting. Ensure reliable sensor alignment and rigid stability during operation.
  • Brushed Finish: Offers a clean, professional appearance and minimizes light reflection. Enhances grip during handling and resists surface abrasions.

Material:

  • Stainless Steel: Provides excellent resistance to rust, impact, and temperature fluctuations. Suitable for both cleanroom environments and industrial settings requiring hygiene or durability.

Dimensions:

  • Height: Customizable
  • Width: Customizable
  • Depth: Customizable
  • Mounting Hole Diameter: Customizable
  • Slot Dimensions: Customizable (length and width available upon request)

Applications:

Used in automation lines, conveyor systems, robotic cells, and quality control stations. Commonly deployed to hold photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, or optical detection devices in place for precise operation and repeatable accuracy.

Customization:

Bracket design can be tailored for specific sensor models, including hole repositioning, added reinforcement bends, or custom slot patterns. Alternate materials (mild steel, aluminum) and finishes (anodized, powder-coated) can be requested to match project or environment needs.
