IPA Canister

The IPA Canister is a dedicated stainless-steel enclosure engineered for the safe storage, organized placement, and controlled handling of Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) containers in cleanroom, laboratory, and industrial environments. The internal structure is designed to securely hold multiple IPA canisters in an upright position while supporting safe access, spill control, and vapor management.

Features:

  • Vertical Canister Holding Slots: The cabinet interior is equipped with fixed vertical holding slots designed to securely position IPA canisters upright.
  • Integrated Bottom Drip Trays: Each canister position includes a stainless-steel drip tray at the base to capture accidental drips or leaks.
  • Ventilated Upper Enclosure: The upper internal section aligns with the external ventilation holes and slanted top design, allowing controlled airflow to reduce IPA vapor accumulation.
  • Secure Double-Door Access: The front stainless-steel doors open fully to provide unobstructed access to all canister positions.
  • Reinforced Internal Structure: Internal panels and supports are reinforced to handle the weight of filled IPA canisters, ensuring long-term structural stability and safe load distribution.
  • Adjustable Feet and Casters: The cabinet is mounted on caster wheels combined with adjustable leveling feet. This allows easy repositioning of the cabinet.

Materials:

  • Stainless Steel: The entire cabinet, including internal holders and drip trays, fabricated from stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to IPA, corrosion, and repeated chemical cleaning.
